1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "rq789", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rq789 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated services accessible via rq789.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the rq789 platform or accesses rq789 services in any capacity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rq789 Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Players are solely responsible for:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

rq789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at rq789's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum threshold as displayed in the rq789 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your rq789 account balance immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. rq789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion on cryptocurrency networks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your rq789 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. rq789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to deposited funds or bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• rq789 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 3 business days.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

rq789 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by the specific terms of an individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are distinct from Real Money funds. In most cases, Real Money funds will be wagered before Bonus Funds unless the cashier interface specifies otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• rq789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus is being exploited or abused, or if a technical error has resulted in an incorrectly credited bonus amount.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on rq789, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other available markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the rq789 system. Bets that fail to generate a confirmation number are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Odds: Odds displayed on rq789 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds recorded at the time of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that will apply to that wager.
• Event Cancellation: In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market outcome has been determined, rq789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Cricket — PSL & International: All cricket markets on rq789 are governed by the official Laws of Cricket and relevant tournament regulations. In-play markets are settled based on the result at the time the market is closed. Any dispute regarding live market settlement will be resolved based on the official scorer's data.
• Maximum Payout: rq789 imposes a maximum payout per event per player. The applicable maximum payout is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. rq789 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the odds offered (including but not limited to technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds), rq789 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on the rq789 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, rummy, and table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. The outcomes of all rq789 casino games are entirely random and cannot be influenced or predicted.

The following terms apply to all casino game play on rq789:

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and may vary. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, rq789's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Any wager placed before the disconnection will be settled according to the server-recorded game state.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game round, rq789 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance.

• Money Laundering: Using rq789 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine entertainment, including any activity that could constitute money laundering under applicable laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate rq789 transactions.
• Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any rq789 system, software, security measure, or data without authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rq789 Platform — including but not limited to the rq789 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphical assets, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rq789 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rq789 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any rq789 content without express written permission.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on rq789 content or software.

Any unauthorised use of rq789 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account licence and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rq789 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the rq789 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond rq789's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a data feed error or display malfunction.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's violation of these Terms & Conditions.

rq789's total liability to any player in respect of any claim, regardless of the basis of that claim, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
